Walked in with my 4 year old to get lunch, and rap was blasting with a near constant use of the N word and F word. When we got the pizza home, it had a tag in the box showing it was for someone else. Lastly, not only was the pizza completely cold, but honestly, the way the pizza was cut is a complete meme.

Absolutely by far the worst Little Caesar’s- don’t waste your time or money- and potentially your health! Filthy place, horrific so-called “customer service”. They claimed they never got my order placed via app. Showed them my order confirmation and proof of purchase, and the supposed manager named “Irvin” proceeded to call my husband a “Fn A**H***” after he showed Irvin the proof of purchase. Then the 2 guys in the back of the kitchen said something like “dude that’s the pizzas that fell on the floor”! The manager also refused to refund our $$ for pizza we never even received after all! HORRIBLE!

Food is ok. We don’t go here for stellar quality but for speed and convenience. But they are scamming anyone who orders crazy bread. The sign says it is $3.99, but they are charging $4.29. Yes, it is just 30 cents, in our case 60 since we bought two, but when you think of the total number of people they are doing this to, it adds up. In the 10 minutes I was there, I saw them sell/do this to 6 different people for over 10 orders of crazy bread. So, if they average 60 orders an hour during lunch and dinner rushes, and 10 an hour the rest of the day, then they would be scamming over $40,000 a year from their customer base. And that would also generate almost $3000 in sales tax due to the scamming.

Don’t go. The customer service is horrible. The cashier literally doesn’t speak to anyone and people wait for 5-10 minutes before someone comes up to get their orders. They constantly don’t have food ready or the food is old and over cooked. Here is pictures of my pizza which was old and they didn’t cut properly.

It is 9:00, this location doesn’t close until 10:00pm…. the building light is off and so is the “open” sign, it’s difficult to know if it’s open unless you come up to the building and check to see if there are people inside. Went in at 9:00 and placed our order (6 pizzas), the cook was NOT happy about having to make more pizzas tonight ♀️ (Sorry to have inconvenienced you with having to do your job). It’s been about 25 minutes and we are still waiting for our hot and ready pizzas lol. Just posting this so that management is aware.
