In town visiting and the set up for this place felt chaos on a Saturday. First they didn’t mention which location I was calling to, thinking I was calling the other Smokey Hill location. Only to find out it was closed and had to drive the extra 12 mins to get here. Wasn’t greeted by any of the 3 employees with their heads down making pizzas. Was only one other customer and she was waiting in the corner. They finally got another employee from the back to work the register only for her to ask the other employee how to use it at each part. The pizza was not far off from tasting from a frozen pizza. I’ve had better at other locations.

Before kids, pizza was for dine-out. Now, we have to look at other options, and Papa Murphy’s is just fantastic! No waiting with crying or cranky kids….we usually plan well ahead and have a pie waiting to be baked at our convenience. I’ll even tailor it with what we have at home.

I don’t know why I keep trying with this place other than the food is good. Placed a online order pick up was for 4:14pm. Walk in a 4:07 and place is empty. 3 ppl walk in after me and order and get pizza before I get mine. Don’t even bother to online order with this place. It’s only worked right a couple of times every other time has been a wait a lot past my scheduled pick up time. It’s just ridiculous. I’ll drive to the next location or go somewhere completely different before going back to this location.

I just did a $5 Friday Pizza. It was a sausage pizza. I don’t think there were six pieces of sausage on the pizza. Sauce was an inch to inch and a half from the edge. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from Papa Murphy’s. I’m done doing Papa Murphy’s. Was a big fan of the $10 Tuesday but I don’t know anymore and what to expect. We are highlight disappointed.

Ordered a pizza online at around 3 pm for a pickup at 4.45 pm and went at the time. The place was complete chaos with a long queue of folks waiting for their orders with no one to give an update as to when any order would be ready. Finally got the food at 5.30 pm, only to realize that the salad dressing was missing and then go back for it. And after all this, the pizza looked extremely shoddily put together with all the toppings just dumped in a heap in the center!
