Food was good, restaurant clean, employees and food potions. Ugh you get charged extra FOR EVERTHING. $.99 for lettuce and they give THREE pieces of lettuce. And when you asked for “a $1.00 worth of lettuce” they get pissed. The employees are rude to the customers and rude to the nice employees. Which make the customers feel uncomfortable.

I was given the wrong food, the staff was very confused. They couldn’t keep the call in orders from getting mixed with those of us in the restaurant. I got home, realized I had half my order and someone else’s. I went back with the wrong stuff and asked them to remake the nachos i didn’t get. They asked me 3 times what kind of nachos and when I got home the small nacho had pork on it, that was wrong. I went back and they finally got it right. I spoke with the manager on duty who couldn’t do anything but offer chips and queso or dessert for the inconvenience and the fact my food was home, now cold. We go every week and I am not happy that they could not find a way to make regular customer happy.

I ordered the sweet pork burrito. First of all gross. I might as well have ordered pancakes with syrup, because that is what the meat tastes like. I thought it would be kind of a sweet heat, since it is Mexican food. I had only had about 3 bites before my stomach started to hurt. It continued to bother me all night. The sour cream is watered down, and the guac tastes like a white boy from new York made it. Definitely don’t go this place. I’m just trying to save you from the same disaster I experienced.

It’s disconcerting to hear employees scolding customers for not responding quickly/correctly enough to their prompts as soon as you walk into the place. Food serving area, tortilla warm up station’s, and lobby were filthy. Seems like these employees don’t care about the quality of the food or the service they provide.

Wasn’t greeted when we walked in. Employees were standing around. Tables were dirty, and the fountain machine would leak water when trying to fill out Beverage. This place use to be clean. The food was decent, would u go back?? Maybe….
