The food was great. The wait was unacceptably long. We didn’t get our food for over 30 minutes. There’s no where to sit so you’re just standing around. The employees have great personalities and make you laugh so you’re not as annoyed.

Hands down just loved the whole experience have been waiting forever to try!! I’m not sure about all locations but this particular one is a order and go. When you walk in everyone greats you! Make sure you let them know if it’s your first time or your from out of town I won’t ruin the suprise lol. My first wigan burger let me tell you it was so good I mean perfect!!! I had the sloppy tippy my sister ordered the side heaux which is a vegan shrimp option soooooo good I’ll be returning for sure!

The wait is way more than advertised when you order online. There are no sodas there, or cups or ice. You’ll have to buy regular drinks from elsewhere which is super weird. The staff are friendly but man does it take a long time for your order to get prepared. Also, it gets really hot in the small waiting area because a bunch of folks crowd in it. The sweet potato pie was delicious! The Heaux Boy, the “shrimp” on it weren’t that hot but the spicy sauce was good. The fries were made fresh & I’m glad they weren’t drowning in seasoning, they were just right.

The food is creative and delicious. I wouldn’t eat it everyday- just due to the high calorie content; however, this is an awesome treat once in a while. The apps they use are not accurate in the collect updates. The app alerted me that my order was ready but I reality I had to wait 25. TWENTY FIVE minutes after to receive my order. I recommend placing your order super early to avoid this significant time variation. The music is super loud too, so just prepare to shout to be heard.

I got there at the ideal time because I didn’t have much of a wait (as opposed to my last couple of visits) and they had the burger I wanted on the menu. Unfortunately I was a tad disappointed in it (I got the Menage a Trois, no cheese). It seemed different from the first time I had it and LOVED it (which admittedly was a couple years ago). I didn’t care for the sauce on there. It wasn’t bad but I know I would’ve enjoyed it a lot more without it. Fries were better than I recalled though, so that’s awesome.

I had heard so much about this place over the last few years and just haven’t gotten around to trying it. Finally stopped and got a fussy hussy burger. I’m not a vegan, so the vegan burger itself tasted good for a vegan burger but definitely not better than a beef burger. The burger itself could have been seasoned a little more, but the sauce was good, and the fries were really good. Not being a vegan, I’m not sure if I’d be back, but I could see how vegans would love these burgers.

I have always wanted to try and in ATL so had to come here. The service was off the chain, love how they announce to the crew where you are from, if you let them know. The wait was not long off the food. The food, the food, the food.. had to say it three times cause it was sssoooo good. I hope to come back before I fly back home, would even be better if they open one in South Florida.

My God all this food was incredible. My friends and I are not vegan but we are greedy. I read about this restaurant online as a must try experience and I’m so glad that we went. The food was to die for all of the dipping sauces were out of this world. I’m so glad that they are building a spot in my state so I don’t have to travel all the way to Atlanta again.
