I arrived to the store and was not greeted properly. It was a customer in line which I asked him was he waiting to have his order taken? He applied yes. After waiting 20 minutes in line he asked an associate could she take his order? She replied yes, but you have to stand at the register. This is my first time visiting this store and this store does not have any signs directing customers to the register or informing them to order at the register. Moreover, if a customer is continuing to stand in line the proper thing would be to greet them and ask them if they need assistance. I’m very disappointed with the service that I received today.

Now I believe an employee may have possibly belched prior to me coming all the way inside, however aside from that, my açaí bowl was not only made to perfection, but one of the employees named Ethan (I believe) treated me as almost a friend. No one has given me better advice on what I’d like and the strawberry based açaí bowl was bomb! I’ve never eaten these bowls before. He was attentive, friendly, and so helpful, and he was knowledgeable and informative about the menu. It’s rare to have an employee quite like this one!

Really good! Offered samples of everything so we weren’t confused. Dont let the size of the bowls deter you. You fill up super fast and I couldn’t make it through the entire one. Great staff good music. Worth it!

Please just make sure your fruits are ripe. In other states they charge the same prices because they have organic ingredients and always deliver with great taste. They dont charge high prices just because its healthy. I know that Montgomery is new to selling fruit bowls and smoothies and other healthy foods but these types of items are not new at all to anywhere else where they actually began. Just an FYI, I had to state this because I spent $10 on a smoothie that I had to throw away because it tasted like flavored water. I didnt feel the need to sample it before I left because everyone expects what you guys are trying to represent. High quality and freshness I believe. But ok appreciate it

Didn’t even greet me once I walked in, nor after standing there for over a period of time. Let’s not forget as soon as I walked up to the counter one employee walked to the back, another employee came from the back and did the exact same thing. So after waiting to see if someone would greet me to take my order (which they never did), I just left and didn’t even support the establishment. I don’t recommend due to service etiquette alone.

A pretty good first experience! Customer service was good, the young lady making our order took her time and make sure it was nice and neat. The frutella was great! One small complaint the pineapple and kiwi were a little bitter on the fruta order but it is definitely worth a try! I’ll definitely be returning.

Very impressed with this açaí bowl location, so many healthy and fresh options. I got the caveman bowl; super fresh blueberries and bananas with almond butter, chia seeds, and coconut flakes over a kale/banana/pineapple/almond milk mix. Fantastic! The protein bites are ALSO a must; healthy snack for nurses or people with long shifts who need energy. Last, I tried the chocolate explosion. Yum! Employees were knowledgeable and fantastic. I will for sure be back!

I got the acai base bowl – it was really good, I just wished they would give you more of the acai base. You get very little Acai. That is the only disappointment of the bowl.
