First they tried to charge me $1.20 more on a breakfast meal just to upgrade from a medium coffee to a large (at McDonald’s it’s only 60 cents). Then they put egg on my NO EGG order! Then they gave me a biscuit sandwich instead of a muffin sandwich! I decided to just keep it this time but the biscuit was inedible. It obviously had been microwaved so the biscuit was rock hard and the cheese was melted into the biscuit. So all I could eat was the piece of sausage!! Then to top it all off, the coffee that they wanted to charge me so much extra for was barely warm. I couldn’t drink it till I got to work and heated it up. So so bad!!!

Went thru the drive-thru tried to order a Biggie Bag. Told the cashier that I wanted two orders made the exact way. They cashier replied ughhhh very loudly into the speaker. I then replied that’s ok and drove off. If you don’t want to work in customer service please don’t!!!

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! I went through the drive thru. There were 3 employees taking a smoke break and one of them was smoking weed. They went back in to take our order, There wasn’t anyone else there but us the food came out fast and we we’re on our way, until we looked at the food. It smelled terrible it was old and had been sitting. They didn’t even try to make some fresh food until I went inside to voice my concerns. There was an employee sitting on the counter eating some nuggets. When he saw me he got up and went to the break room. The place was filthy. They did redeem themselves once I demanded some freshly cooked food. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Waited at the drive thru ordering for several moments of complete silence, not even a “one moment, please.” Cars in front of us drove off, still nothing. Asked if anyone was there, and the (apparently) only person there got an attitude IMMEDIATELY and said, “Sir, please give me a moment, I’m running a one person shift here.” And seemed completely annoyed that we were only asking if anyone was there. I’ve always had mixed service here, but this takes the cake. Not coming back here, that’s for sure.

Without a doubt the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The food was cold and my child’s nuggets tasted like they had been reheated from the day before. The floors were dirty and behind the counter was a mess. I should have known not to stop when the parking lot was completely empty at lunchtime.

The worst Wendy’s location. My food is made wrong most of the time. I’ve tried calling to no avail. Last time I bought a salad it was old and wilted and the only thing edible was the chicken, but again try to call and complain but unable to reach anyone. There’s been days that I’ve gotten cold fries even when it was right at the time they switch to lunch. Today is the second time I’ve made a special request that costs extra money and they didn’t add the ingredients. I’m done patronizing them.

I asked for some sour cream. thet asked if I would pull up cuz I had to wait for my order. so I did when the guy came out with my food I checked my bag and to my surprise no sour cream that I asked for just 45sec. ago I don’t know if the girl at the register didn’t think I was going to check or come back through but surprise I did and I said I just now asked you for sour cream and here I get my bag no sour cream…I get home the two large chocolate frosties are half full and not even cold….. Not happy .
