Unfortunately I happened to be at this store last week and here is my two cents on the horrendous service I had. We pre paid for mobile order and got in line. Person ahead of us decided to redo their entire order while everyone waits. Waited 15 mins and eventually decided to walk in. The girl at the register was laughing at me because she thought it was okay to wait for as long as needed because someone couldn’t make up their mind. When I also mentioned the customers truck was smelling like weed and I was stuck there smelling weed, she thought it was completely normal. So may be I need to get used to employees at the store making me wait for an order that was already paid for while smelling weed and smoke from a poorly maintained pick up truck all because the store doesn’t know how to manage the lines and unexpected situations like this one. You as a store lost my business forever land it doesn’t matter how many lanes you get, your service will be never good with untrained and super unprofessional staff . I will give my business to a local mom and pop shop that deserves way more than your ultra slow service . I will be reviewing your store on Yelp and anything else that’s out there. Your employees really went out of their way to ruin my day over a very small mobile order and then by showing me attitude for being upset. I still can’t believe that it happened and how rude your employees are to their customers.

I left my purse in the woman’s bathroom here and didn’t notice until an hour later. The employees were so kind and found it and put it in their safe. Not a dollar was missing. I’m very thankful for the wonderful staff at this establishment especially a boy named Angel that remembered me and helped out. Thank you Angel!

I was literally driving past this McDonald’s when a commercial for the fish fillet on a warm steamed bun, two for $6 was on the radio I turned around and went back and ordered these with a large orange high sea. The guy the speaker was kind of short and rude like I had inconvenience him the girl at the window was pleasant but not very enthusiastic. I got my food and drove away and reached in the bag and took out one of the fish fillets only to discover they were both on hard toasted buns not a warm steamed bun as advertised but I could not turn around because I had to go somewhere and and the ink is so bad on the receipt you can’t even read it.
