Decided to try Hungry Howies for the first time after getting a gift card (with activation reciept). Tried paying with the gift card, but they could not process it and blamed their new computer system. They did not offer any advice or do anything to help, just required full payment on my credit card and left me with a useless gift card.

Absolutely trash! Didn’t answer the phone when I called so I placed an online order. I got my email which said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later to find out it hasn’t even been started yet. As I’m waiting for it to be made I watched 5 different customers have the same issue, some of which had waited for 30 minutes after arriving and their order still wasn’t started. Someone else got the wrong pizza. They ignored multiple calls and were very unorganized. It’s clear they are understaffed and need help. Pizza was cut poorly as well.

Pizzas are always reliable and good. The app is ALWAYS terrible. How in this day and age HH still has a terrible non-working app is ridiculous. Can’t imagine how many customers have been lost because they can’t make their app work.

Amazing ingredients at the Clarkston restaurant. Fresh mushrooms, high grade cheese, perfect dough. Just plain delicious food. Good job, in fact… great job. High 5! Although I don’t recommended the wings, they smell and taste weird.
