I’ve been going here for over a year consistently. Customer service is only OK but it has been a little better lately. They are out of stock of items regularly and also seem to consistently have one or two pumps out of order. That said, I go here because their 88 (E-15) is cheaper than most places and runs great in my van. The Manager seems out of place here, I’ve seen him argue with customers and staff; he’s a little rude and doesn’t have great people skills. I just shrug it off and move on since I only buy gas and beer here (sometimes they’re out of my preferred beer too). Overall it’s an OK experience.

I do loves Casey’s. Reasonable gas prices as always. Pumps working well. The fountain drink taste are a bit off. But the sale on medium drinks makes it under a $1 and drinkable.

This place has amazing pizza. I do agree with most reviews, however, in that the customer service is a little lacking. And the consistency isn’t always there with the pizza. It always tastes good but sometimes you get a few pepperonis, sometimes you get a good amount. Sometimes it’s cut just right, and sometimes it’s cut in ways I don’t understand. I understand handmade things aren’t always exactly the same but a little consistency would be nice. It would just be nice to know what we’re getting when we order.

I absolutely love Casey’s. I visit this location close to my house nearly every day. The rewards system Casey’s has in place makes earning discounts on fuel easy and frequent. This location is always clean and tidy. The employees are mostly friendly too.

I read the recent negative reviews, and I relate with them all. Waiting in line to get checked out. Restrooms are ALWAYS dirty and not stocked. Always out of lids/straws/cups at the fountain drink area. Always out of creamer at the coffee area. Staff is never at the counter ready to check someone out until multiple people are in line. I’m glad kum & go opened across the street. Always a flawless experience over there. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I’m glad they built this location and the store is nice but the staff needs retraining. The weekday morning shift is incredibly slow, impolite, and seemingly has no concern for their customers. The weekend lady’s tend to be more prompt and friendly. Management needs to lite a fire under their employees before they lose business to quick-trip which is twice as fast and professional, even when they have twice the line.

Just went into your Glenpool location to buy a drink and after looking around the mostly empty coolers i found something i wanted and proceeded to stand at the unmanned register for 5 minutes while 2 employees chit chatted in your kitchen area and saw both of your employees look at me multiple times and just let me stand there while they carried on talking. I have never had even a remotely positive experience at this location. This happened today march 9th around 830 am. I will never do business with any caseys location after this.

The restrooms are disgusting at this location. When the clerk was made aware of the fact, she began to raise her voice at me stating that there was nothing that could be done because women aren’t allowed in the men’s rooms.
