Food was good service little to be desired. Had to wait about 10 minutes at table before we were able to have menus. No chocolate in grandsons chocolate milk. Gave us our food and we didn’t have any silverware. They were cleaning some for us had to wait .We were the only customers in there. Ice cream was great.

We were seated immediately but then had slow service. The restaurant wasn’t crowded – they seemed understaffed. Waitress was very nice & the food was delicious – only negative was the meal took longer than expected.

Used to enjoy this place as a kid but as an adult I find it hilarious that you guys upped your prices and skimp your customers with online orders by giving them side size portions when they’re paying for full appetizers. I won’t be going to this location anymore.

We love Friendly’s, however, this was not our best visit. I’m aware that restaurants, like people, can have their good days and bad days – supplies run short, people call out, etc. With that in mind, there are still things that should never happen. Upon stepping in the front door we were “greeted” by trash in side hallway leading to the bathrooms, including a generous streak of toilet paper adorning the floor. Secondly, we feel if we must wait to be seated every employee who passes us should at least say “hello, sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly”. We hate the feeling that we are invisible as employees pass by and avoid all eye contact. A couple in front of us left the wait line (presumably for being tired of waiting). What was worse is that we soon found out the dining room was mostly empty. Once seated, the service wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t the best either. The waitress could’ve been having a bad day, but she tried. My fries were cold but with already waiting so long I didn’t wish to complain. My last few visits to Friendly’s seem to imply that they plate the fries and have it sit there waiting for the main dish to finish cooking. Not good. This needs to be changed. The rest of the food and the ice cream was good. So overall, not a greatly impressive visit to this branch.

Got a turkey supermelt but was unimpressed! It was kind of small, not much turkey. It used to be much better. My wife got a pastrami and it big and good she said. My grandson got cheeseburgers and mac and cheese. It looked good! The ice cream was good! The waitress was great!

Food was good, service was good, it wasn’t busy, BUT literally as I was taking my very last bite I saw a rat run through the dining room. Now, my husband is in the industry, so I know rats can be a problem. But call an exterminator for God’s sake.

I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant and its crew. The service was extremely swift and the crew was extremely welcoming. The manager Christian was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. I’d recommend everyone comes down for a great meal accompanied by their fantastic service. I don’t remember his name but the curly haired one with glasses was mighty fine as well.

Everyone was awesome. My server was extremely friendly and very helpful with allergies we had informed her of that my daughter had. The GM Shery made our ice cream herself, knowing my child had a severe nut allergy. She explained her own daughter does too and takes all allergies very seriously. It’s great to see what a change from last year this store has done

Went to Friendly’s. Not one person in the restaurant. Kind of sad because they updated the menu and there’s all kinds of crazy new food goodness! I tried the cheeseburger with Mac and cheese and bacon. Of course had to add pickles. Upgraded to the waffle fries because they are epic. Got a small Vienna mocha chunk ice cream. Ate it too fast. Didn’t get to take a photo. Tried collecting my points on the app but the waitress said they don’t use it anymore and I will be receiving emails about future coupons. Makes no sense to have the app. ♀️ Other than that I’ll be back on my next cheat day!
