Took a group of coworkers out to lunch during the $5 pancake special and had a great time. Unfortunately, the rude waiter spent more time watching TV than waiting our table. I see why no one ever seems to be inside this restaurant.

Nice location – fairly new and very clean. Friendly staff and good service. Was not very crowded but depends on when you go. Plenty of parking and location is conveniently near plenty of other shopping options. Located right next to a KFC. Easy access and overall a good experience.

Probably the worst meal I’ve had in years, and this is coming from a line cook. The chicken tenders were burnt and hard, the breading was just coming off, they seems old and stale and the oil was far past the time it needed to be changed. Pancakes were soggy and cold, and the cheese “crisp” was literally just a huge wet glob of melted cheese, Our sever seemed to be nonexistant the entire time except when it came time to Pay. Extremely dissatisfied with this whole place.

Silverware looked gross and service was so and. Quesadilla was brought out with just a side of peppers which I didn’t ask for. I needed to ask for salsa twice. We weren’t even halfway through our meals and the waitress brought the check and told us “whenever you’re ready” didn’t even ask if if we needed anything else… I was thinking of ordering a shake but didn’t. It wasn’t super busy so I don’t see why she felt like she needed to push us out like that.

Food Drink Hotel Reviewer

Horrible service at this location, the restaurant wasn’t busy and took about 50 minutes to get the order, then the plates started to come out one by one. Server brought out burnt toast and the bacon was barely cooked. Again, it wasn’t busy at all and I’m guessing that’s the reason why.
