We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I really wanted to like this place, I did. Initially, I was happy to have a burger place close to home. First visit was a good one. No fuss, just brought some sandwiches and fries and we were both enjoying the food (especially those fries!)

I don’t eat this food but I get many door dash orders so people like it. I did try a fish sandwich and I liked it. But those popcorn chicken bites suck and that ice cream taste weird. But it’s cheap and quick if you have the munchies So go there if you eat fast food.

Checkers is only drive-thru so I can’t fairly rate the atmosphere. But the food is always hot as though freshly prepared. Service was adequate. I mean, they got the order right.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE NOW!!! Used to be good and we use to always go here even though the workers have always been rude, but now they’re rude AND don’t even make good food, the chicken is still partially raw the last 3 times I gave them a chance and the bread is always stale, this last time I found out why (see photos) apparently they keep the bread opened and stored right next to their disgusting bathroom

I ordered 3 burgers. I got 7 burgers. None of which were correct. Also got 2 hot dogs, chicken, funnel fries and more. All we wanted was our correct burger order. This place should be shut down. Everything was disgusting

This restaurant has the worst services ever seen. The manager could not count nor read, or just do not want to work. They have a big sign advertising 2 bacon roadhouse burger for $5 or the combo for $5. I was charger $7 for a combo, when it was told to the cashier and manager it was a headache getting it corrected. I really this ownership she look at who is working for them. I submitted a complain with corporate, lets see how long it take them to response.

This is ridiculous.Supposed to be barbecue wings. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The guy was talking to me in his car. He literally got out of a little black dodge to bring me my food/ring me up. And it came out like this????? This is not customer service. Do better. No napkins in my bag. Just wow. How??
