I HAD posted a decent review, but that was before I had gotten home and was able to really assess the order. Definitely should have checked it before we left. Missing our Tots and the “sauced chicken nuggets” were disappointing. Barely any sauce at all and literally about half of the order was just fried breading that was so hard my dog didn’t even want it. $21+ for food we couldn’t eat and I’m still hungry. Geez Sonic, do better please.

They haven’t let me down but today they did I got home and opened my burger and when I did I found a finger nail in my burger. Before anyone says did I make sure it wasn’t mine I did. Im just disappointed cause they are usually very good and do a wonderful job for customer service. Just not today

Girl taking our order couldn’t get the drinks right..and when I thought she had it right, he made them wrong . Then she handed us 97% of our food so I sat waiting for the rest and she says..yessir what can I do for you? I said, we didnt get all of our meal. She asked for a receipt and then brought the rest of our food to the window.

Drinks and deserts are great (the saving grace and the only reason I go.) actual food is good but salt or something they put into it disagrees with me. I have stopped eating at Sonic because I always regret it after. Staff and atmosphere are great every visit this far.

Charge you for extra but don’t give it to you. We go regularly & can never get extra strawberries in our drink but we’re charged $2 everytime. You can’t even taste the strawberry without ordering extra which is why we order extra.

My experience at this Sonic was excellent. Stephanie took our order and informed it would take a few minutes to cook our order fresh. (It was about 10:30 pm) And I’m glad to wait for fresh food. She delivered our food with a smile and made sure we were satisfied. This was a very welcome experience as opposed to the place down the road that starts with a W.
