I do not recommend going here at all. The cashier was mumbling and being lazy. Their drink machine had only 2 good and working sodas. The food took forever to serve as well. The food was so greasy and flavorless. After me and my sisters ate the food at home, we all got food poisoning the next morning. I was extremely dizzy and my body temperature was not right. I took constant naps and medicine to help me feel better but nothing worked as much. Do not go here!

The young lady working the drive in was wonderful BUT the supervisor just set back and watched her work while giving me a nasty look because I inquired about the freshness of the food mind you all she did was rub her nose and got in the way of the young lady that took my order packed my order and served me all while taking orders!!!!! Please do better

We google restaurants in Troy Alabama on our way to Huntsville, Alabama. Seen there were a Church’s close by we stopped to get a bite to eat. My son and I ordered 2, 3 piece specials and we had to wait 20 minutes before they bought out our meal. We were going through the bag before leaving notice that’s they forgotten the french fries and when my son returned inside the store to get them. The young lady told my son that we only ordered one special, she tried to give him a hard time when we order two specials. She the (drive-thru worker) got an attitude for no reason. He showed her the receipt and we had to wait another 20 more minutes before getting the french fries. She didn’t apologized for her mistake. Management needs to teach her Professional courtesy something she doesn’t have. If it were me I would’ve asks for my money back but I didn’t pay the bill. Find another chicken place to go to stay away from Church’s in Troy Alabama.

Church’s chicken is always delicious. I decided to make a quick stope for some chicken liver. I didn’t feel like driving to Brundidge to my favorite restaurant. However the liver a Church’s was extremely salty. They were so salty it was unbelievable!! I think I’ll take a break from the liver at this establishment. This is the 2nd time they were like this.

Made me wait 30 minutes for my order. When handed the sack I asked if it was all there and was told yes it is all there. Drove home six miles found out biscuits was not in the box. Paid extra to get taken advantage of. They never said sorry for the wait, most of the chicken was old chicken.
