They gave us a kids meal that was literally just fries and a toy. They forgot the actual meal item. Franklin BK is never busy in comparison to the other area fast food places(I can see why) so that’s no excuse. They were dead and still had us pull up and wait for food. Worst fast food place in Franklin. If you’re going to screw someone’s food up, don’t let it be the kids meal.

Ordered 3 bacon swiss chicken sandwiches. 2 spicy and 1 not spicy. Had to repeat the order 2 or 3 times. One sandwich was marked as not spicy, but all 3 were spicy. I have issues that prevent me from eating spicy foods so I had to waste mine. Only reason it didn’t get corrected was because I didn’t open the sandwiches right there at the drive thru to inspect them. Should not have to go through this. These kinds of mistakes can put people’s health at risk.

They put cones in the drive-through to let us know that the drive-through is not open, but it appears like the inside isn’t open either because I can see people on ladders up to the lightbulbs trying to do some thing, but I was staring at them, hoping they would not their head yes or no and I know that they knew what I was wanting to know. It’s obvious if your drive-through is closed and you pull up to the door and you’re staring at them that you would like to go to the restaurant. Like duh. No sign on the door that says the inside is closed or anything. it’s rude to not let your customers know what is going on and of course they don’t answer the phone. I noticed none of the restaurants in Franklin that are fast food ever answer the phone.
