This was a “large frie” nasty. Couldn’t eat them. And no sauce. Rude about giving me some. No tea in the lobby. And when I told someone they never put any out. I had to get her to give me some. This happens every time. The fries are nasty they give me just a few and no sauce or no seating on the fries. And it’s like you are asking them to pay for it when u ask for some. Not going back. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here.

This place has really gone downhill. Every time I go, there are different kids working. They screw up orders and produce terrible quality; for example, not coating the wings in sauce but just putting a little on top, not cooking the fries long enough, not seasoning the fries consistently. Sometimes the fries will be absolutely covered in seasoning and other times they will have little to no seasoning. The price certainly does not reflect the quality, as it is very expensive considering what you get.

Went to Zaxbys on 6/21/23 b/c I wanted a salad. I was asked @ drivethru if I wanted to try the SW , I obliged got my total & pulled around. The guy at the window asked if I ordered loaded fries, I stated NO. The girl who took my order tried to tell me that she didn’t take it because her headset was dead. I find it hard to believe that there would be a ghost working there. So she asked was the salad supposed to be grilled or fried. I asked for grill& decided to be nice and pay for the fries too so they would go to waste. I was parked at 6:57. At 7:20 I decided to go into the store to ask for my monet back because I had waited SO LONG ON MY SALAD. The lady greeted me with ” are you still waiting on your salad” I told her yes and requested a refund. The “manager ‘ that she got to give me a refund didn’t seem compassionate at all when I explained what happened I did suggest they work on their customer service and communication skills. This by far has been my worst experience here ever.

I enjoy the fried pickles. This was my first time trying the chicken wings. The wings were very small, dried out as though left over, and sauce haphazardly splattered on. I will stick to ordering only the pickles because the 5-piece wings were too expensive for what was given. The service was difficult because of the intercom system, which is why the service received 3 stars. Having to repeat became frustrating. I should have taken pictures.

The food today was barely even lukewarm . The previous visit food was piping hot . I took a friend to this zaxbys today though and was bragging how good it would be . Bradley was asking guests how was everything so I humbly told him how our food was almost cold and I told him we weren’t trying for free food . He said he’d let them know . It does go without saying that he should have insisted on replacing all our meals . Zaxbys every single location is Like this , consistently inconsistent . Every1 there was and is always very friendly but that can’t make up for the 3 of ours cold food .

As always, this RESTAURANT is tasteful , efficient and friendly…they have many things to choose from…their specialty is Chicken Fingers!!! They have salads aka zalads that are great you have choice of grilled or fried chicken salads… chicken sandwiches, wings and things … they are known for their sauces from wimpy to torch in flavor… fried pickles , fried cheese curds or a 20 piece for larger families… they offer curbside, door dash, online ordering and dine in as well… sweet tea, to Coke Products of all sorts … May your time here be as tasteful as our Cobb Fried chicken Zalad was …The SmithClan
