By far, the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Carl’s Jr. No one was in line yet it took almost 5 minutes to even be approached through the intercom so my order can be taken. After repeating myself 2x, the order taker got my order right the 3rd time. When pulling up to the window, I noticed no one was inside and asked what took so long (as I’m kinda in a hurry). The guy held one finger up and proceeded to take an order through the drive through. After taking the order, the guy at the window took my card, gave it back, and handed me our order. This particular location needs to do better.

I used a love my local Carl’s Jr so much the staff knew me by name, I was there so frequently. No longer. I keep giving second chances, but lately it’s always so slooooow, even with few other customers. and the food arrives sometimes cold and always mediocre. Would discourage. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I went inside to eat. There was a woman in front of us and the drive thru cashier told her it would be about 10 minutes to help her. That’s when my husband and I started talking about good customer service. Well this Carl’s Jr doesn’t have any! It did take more than 10 minutes but we waited to eat there. If this were a restaurant I can see waiting but this was a hamburger joint. The employees were more worried about helping drive thru and this goes for all drive thru places. This place is the worst!

Order a western burger at this location, food was hot at a good price, the staff was friendly they moved really fast and the restaurant was very clean.

Got to the drive thru and ordered, waited 20 minutes for my food when there was no one in front of me and when the food came out I asked for honey mustard and they only gave me three after ordering almost $50 worth of food. After the third one they said they were going to charge me for more.
