I order here regularly. I get pasta and always order it with no onions. 4 out of 5 times that I order this they put onions on it. It’s really not that hard to read the orders. Employees standing around with their hands in their pockets. Maybe a better use of their time would be to actually do the quality checks they claim to do.

Other than always being disorganized and the food never being ready when it shows complete. I question the cleanliness after seeing someone from the make line refund a customer, handle the cash and return to the make line without washing her hands. How you do anything is how you do everything imo.

Really bad customer service and the manager that works here don’t care about her customers neither. Pizza came in an hour later cold and dry and when I asked if I can exchange it for a fresh pizza she gave me attitude and told me no. BE CAUTIOUS when ordering.

Most of my experiences with this store have been good. However today I ordered online, got Tracker notification that my order was complete, drove to the store walked inside and was told it’s not ready. I went back to my car, got my phone and showed the cashier that I got notified the order was complete. He said it’s still in the oven. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before my order was ready.

Unprofessional in store phone etiquette is poor one employee comes to work in tanktop and shorts gm is rude to staff has.
