Please close this place. I received green beans that were spoiled. The biscuits was dryer than a cracker and would not even break into. I called and was told I could not get a refund if I brought the bad food back. Please keep yourself safe and do not get food from here

Never did get to try the food. Went through the drive thru on a Saturday at 8:23. I asked for the 12 piece chicken bucket. The girl taking my order told me, they didn’t have enough chicken for the 12 bucket. I proceeded to tell the girl I’m willing to wait for some to cook. She said they would not be dropping anymore chicken for the night. I asked what time they close she said 10:00. On a Saturday night that’s just crazy to me. Explains why there were no customers in sight.

Only 3 clean tables in the place, floors filthy. Biscuits hard as a rock, asked for more and they were doughy inside. Dirty looking staff with flour and stains on uniforms, cursing in earshot of customers. Just a nasty place to eat. What a way to celebrate my birthday. VERY DISAPPOINTED, and will never visit this location again.

Went today at 5pm, 5/13/2023. The server working the drive thru intercom was very short with me, rude and almost shamed me for trying to order KFC at a…. KFC? Was told no cooks here today, you’re better off ordering taco bell side I guess. I just left instead. I’ve made my last trip to this location. Get a manager in here, staff the facility, or close it down. Otherwise, why be in business?

Used to be decent, but now the food is almost always incorrect, lacking or made without care or quality (soggy lettuce, etc). Last experience was a line of 5 cars that took 45 mins while I watched employees (kids) enter and leave the facility to go smoke in their cars.

This is the absolute worst place to go for food in Highland. I would recommend gas station food above this place. I keep telling myself “This is the last time i am going here!”. I ordered from the Taco Bell menu. The meal on the menu showed and stated 2 chicken chalupa supreme, 1 taco and a soft drink for $8.59. There was a $4.00 upcharge for the chicken, which was barely present on the chalupa. This made my total $4.00 more than advertised. The shells were burnt. Tasted awful. The cashier was polite(for once). I agree with the other posters. I hope this place gets shut down or goes out of business. The space would be better served with a different establishment owned and run by someone who has a shred of business sense. Never going back.
