9/10 times my coffee order is wrong. All I ask is for a coffee with extra mocha. Not very complicated. I always get a coffee with either no mocha or almost none. Ive been ordering online from this Dunkin for almost two years and haven’t complained (which I should have ..) but I have worked at a Dunkin and when you order online it shows you exactly how the person wants the coffee. I just don’t understand.

This place consistently will give wrong orders and not fill coffee cups up to the appropriate amount. Had my medium latte filled up only half way with liquid, the rest was foam. This place is really hit or miss, with most of the times being a miss.

realize this is dunkin donuts so not fine dining. my last two trips have been frustrating. yesterday they forgot part of my order. i noticed when i got in the car. glad i checked. last time i was here i waited probably 20 minutes. the same worker asked me 3 times what i was waiting for and then finally made it.
