Went through drive thru placed my order. Got half of my half order so I called and spoke to an associate told her I didn’t get two items I ordered she was very rude and wanted to argue. I told her I was parked up front. She told me to go back through drive Thru to get my items. So I did. When I got back to window. Another lady gave me my order her name was tabitha and I asked her if she was the one who took my order she said no another manager did. I wanted her name because i was going to make a complaint on the one i was speaking to on the phone but now im making a complaint on the two. Tabitha asked me why I needed her co workers name and slammed the window on me. That’s two rude managers working for jack in the box. Very unprofessional. They were rude. I’ve never had a bad experience there until today. Tabitha should have been more professional and if she cant deal with people than maybe working in the food industry isn’t a job for her.
