Pretty horrified to find a rock in my fiesta burrito. I have never had great experiences at this location. It’s been at least a year since I’ve been there but I was running late for work and was desperate. This time I mean it. NEVER AGAIN. Between the burnt crunchy rice and the missing or wrong items this location is a mess.

My sister and I ordered from here for takeout and were given outstanding customer service. The gentleman who took our order was well spoken he was educated with the menu and prices. I’m not a fan of giving bad reviews, but I do feel that reviews can be constructive, even the bad ones. Now, the day of my visit was supposed to be a quick stop, which turned into a 20-minute wait for food that was not cooked correctly. Instead of apologizing for the wait or even letting us know, there would be a wait. I was given my food and sent on my way with no receipt in the bag.

This place is a joke. I pulled in around 5:30 pm. There were 2 customers on the inside and one car ahead if me in the drive-thru. The car ahead of me was told to pull up and someone would bring their food to them. I was told to pull up as well. After a few minutes, about 5 other cars were told to park and the food would be brought out to them. No one ever brought my food I along with others that were told to park had to get out of their cars to go inside to get their orders. This location also doesn’t give out receipts. Our meals should be free if a receipt isn’t given. How do I know my banking information isn’t being stolen? The owner of this KFC/Taco Bell needs to do better.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been through. Drive thru is shut down allllllll the time. When drive thru is open the service is super slow. I’ve never come here and been able to get my food at the window. You always have to pull over and wait for them to bring it to your car. And if you do go in, you have to call out to someone in the back to get someone to come to the register. I can’t even blame the workers tho, clearly a management issue.

3 separate times I have been to this Taco Bell in the span of 3 months and each time I pull into the drive thru to be told I have to come inside their drive thru is down. If I had 30 minutes to wait for tacos I would go to a real taco place

A few days ago, l purchased soft taco supremes for $1.69. today l order 3 taco supremes, the bill was $8.00. when l told the employee that l did not want the tocas for that price, he said the $8.00 would be on my bill whether l took the tacos or not. He said “l can’t take it off your card”. It’s hard to believe that 3 tacos, each with a tsp. of sour cream, sprinkles of cheese, a few cubed tomatoes pieces and some lettuce and a small amount of refried beans. If there was any beef, it was such a small amount mixed in the refried beans you could not taste it. Well as needlessly to say, l will not be patronizing del taco again. What a disappointment!!!
