I ordered two hamburgers and a small fry. I stated my daughter had an allergy to soy when she asked if I wanted cheese on them. I said no. She cannot have cheese because she’s allergic to it. Amber is who took the order. The person making it put cheese on it and we did not know. Luckily my daughter checked her burger before she took a bite into it. Both her hamburgers had cheese on them. I called and ask to speak to the manager and turns out person who took the or was the manager. We were already on the freeway. She had complete black of empathy. Just said “It was a mistake what would you like me to do?”

Chicken wasn’t fully cooked and service was marginal. Most tables were dirty and the restroom was filthy. Obviously hasn’t been cleaned to any degree in weeks. Also they were out of coke or it wasn’t working but all they said was yah it’s been acting up lately. No offer to fix it or get it from another dispenser. Only ate half the meal and left. Would not recommend as is really gone downhill since I was last here.

Place was a mess. No one came from behind the counter the entire 30 minutes we were here except to drop off food. We want to your car to get baby wipes to clean a table as they were all dirty. There was no toilet paper in the men’s room and they garbage in the bathroom and all of them in the lobby were overflowing.

stopped in today to pick up a doordash had a little bit of a mishap because they were out of shakes the front end employee Randy was very very flustered butThe Cook Damon was absolutely awesome. He kept his cool and jumped in where needed when the front end employee couldn’t handle the stress or multi task at all. In my opinion Damon should be in the front of the store very well collected well-mannered good with customers the kitchen was extremely clean from what I could see! great employee!!!

I usually don’t go to Carl’s Jr/Hardee locations because they are few and far between in the Pacific Northwest, USA. I was pleasantly surprised by their offerings. I had lunch but am enticed by the breakfast offerings. I will go back to try the biscuits and gravy.

No staff for dinner rush. Dining room closed. Way too expensive for this level of service. Same price as outback steakhouse. Skip it and go get yourself a steak. Food is just what you would expect from a Carl’s Jr.
