Went 1st day of opening. Ordered a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak and a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Was a few people there as expected. The Manager, I assume was working very hard at keeping the new employees moral up. Everyone on staff was very polite and in good spirits. Food was done in a few minutes promptly, was cooked to order. And they got the order correct, hold this, add that. And it was delicious. I will definitely go back and try again. If they can keep this high standard of fun, polite service and food quality, I think it will be a very nice addition and much needed restuarant to our town.

I have always been a fan of Jersey Mikes. This way my first time at this location, the level of customer service I experienced was above and beyond. I was grabbing a sub Togo and had my son in his baby carrier, the gentleman employee told me to grab a seat so I could set my son down and proceeded to come take my order at the table, and take my payment for me. I was perfectly capable of waiting in line and ordering, but it was amazing to just set the baby down for a moment. I forgot to catch his name (perhaps bc I was so in awe of his kindness) but he deserves a raise! The food was wonderful as always, but the level of customer service I received will bring me back to this location for sure.

The people leaving low ratings must have been having a bad day. I’ve visited the Thomasville location 5 times so far, and the subs, staff, and inside cleanliness was superior! Their subs kick Subway’s butt! I’ll keep going back to this location. However, a few of the staff members at the Lexington location could be a little nicer.

Horrible experience and will never order or eat here again. We have ordered from this Thomasville store a lot and even catered a party. Tonight’s experience ruined all. Placed order for several subs only to get a note written on one stating that next time there would be a charge for a meat added to the sandwich. Of course there would be an upcharge as we expected and thought we were charged for. Why would it be any other way? Then when we called the store, mysteriously no one knew who the manager was and said that there wasn’t one tonight. So you’re telling us that there is no night manager on duty? Then who’s closing the store, counting down register tills, performing closing duties, and locking the door? Maybe someone who didn’t work in retail/food might buy that but that’s not who this customer is. I will tell my friends and family as well as co-workers of this experience. Oh, and yes, calls to corporate have been made.
