Huge shout out to the young lady manager and the drive-thru gentleman who went above and beyond today to help me order exactly what I wanted and also got me the best deal possible with an online order of only $10 for an 8-piece bucket of chicken! They got me to try all the sauces and were very helpful with their recommendations. I definitely recommend trying out this location due to customer service alone! I’m sure the fried Chicken will be delicious and I can’t wait to try their recommended sauces! Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and keep up the good work!

Went August 3rd and they didn’t give me some of my food I called and they said I had 30 days and they would give me a cake also. My son went there today August 26th and they told him someone already picked It up on August 9th it wasn’t us and my son was told he had to pay for everything NO way not paying twice for food I didn’t get!! They lost me as a Customer!! I even called ahead and the guy told me to give them 15 minutes to have it ready why didn’t he tell me someone picked it up when I was on the phone?

Their fries are . Their chicken is not any worse or better than the other chicken places in the area, which may seem like a letdown, but we have some good chicken around Findlay! All in all a very enjoyable place to eat-in or pickup food from.

We waited 20 minutes for our food. The guy who came in and ordered after us plus a family size order in the drive thru that pulled in after us were all served. When I went up request my money back, the girl asked what we had and walked away. Ten minutes later brought the food minus the biscuits and dipping sauce. The staff spent pretty much the whole time we were there in the back.

I went and ordered a meal for my family. I witnessed the cashier in the middle of taking my order stop and yell to the workers in the back that he was happy it was about time to go home. I then looked and noticed none of the workers were wearing their masks properly while preparing food so I decided to take pictures. All masks were under their noses and mouths. It is unsafe to deal with food ungloved and unmasked. I reported it to the manager and regional offices in the hopes they would correct the issue. I received nothing from them. We threw the food away because although it seemed they were preparing food in the back it certainly wasn’t fresh and had clearly been prepared much earlier in the day and then left to sit under heat lamps. Hard biscuits, burnt chicken…none of it was remotely edible. Avoid this place like the plague…because they must just give it to your family and their attitude towards their customers makes that very evident.
