We only been here twice, and each time, we really enjoyed it. The service was great. The food recommended was perfect. Our server suggested the eggplant app, and I’m not an eggplant lover, but this dish was DELICIOUS!!! The sauce was soooo good.

Been wanting to come here for the longest time. Felt like eating Italian tonight so finally tried it. It was wonderful!! We had the Gorgonzola salad and two pasta dishes. So delicious, fresh and well prepared. Atmosphere and service were great as well. We will be back!! Next time will try Heart of the Oak Pub downstairs!

Had drinks and food in Heart of Oak. What a spectacular place! Service was perfect. The best calamari I’ve ever had. A very slight criticism that the neon “Seriously..Employees Only ” sign detracts from the ambience.

We just had dinner with our sons and their girl friends. The appetizers were very good, drinks were good, service was very good but the only draw back was my steak. I asked for a New York Strip medium rare, it came out medium well. I never send food back to the kitchen. It was dry but flavorful’ I showed it to our server and he wanted to make a new one but all the meals were served and I didn’t want to have to wait for a new steak and be the last one to eat my dinner. Being a business owner if something isn’t done to to what customer expects I will compensate them. It didn’t happen here. They charged full price for the steak and didn’t offer a drink or dessert to make up for their error. Not a good way to bring diners back. Some will say but you ate it anyway. I only ate half the rest I will share with my two dogs. They don’t care how their steak is done.

Service was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. The pasta we had was excellent. Mushroom risotto cooked perfectly and full of flavor, huge portion. The bolognese was legit, you can tell by the color, orange, not red. Great flavor.

Had dinner here tonight with my family. Happened to see Baci on our way to run errands and came back to try it out. I had the Dei Ceasri with Salmon and it was superb with the the right amount of crisp on the bottom of my grilled salmon. The Gargonzola salad is also a great choice for an appetizer. Two other people in my party had the Pollo dishes which were also great. The drinks were made well by the bartender Wyatt, he’s also amazing. The food is awesome and service excellent. Try out Baci, you won’t regret it.

They had run out of bread. The supposed jumbo shrimp were not small, they were tiny. The rolatini appetizer was burned to a crisp. We were away for the July 4th weekend celebrating our friend’ birthday, so we didn’ t wish to complain. But the appetizer was inedible and had to be sent back. The chicken with pesto was very tasty. There are so many restaurants in the area, this one can be easily avoided.

Food was good, and the atmosphere was great. We ate outside on a covered patio area and got to watch the thunderstorm as we ate with glowing lights all around and great music playing. Loved it!
