About a month ago ordered a salad from Costa Vida through my lunch and got back to work to eat it and found a bug in my salad. Today I found a fly. This is the second time I’m having to skip lunch because of stupid BUGS! all customer service can do is refund it but being that I already used my lunch to go get it I’m left without lunch. tried to see if they would cover deliver fees since I already drove there and they would not. Please check your food before you leave the restaurant or just don’t go there.

I went in for lunch the other day and two of the employees were amazing. They were quick, efficient, very friendly, and made me laugh. It was Katelyn and nick I think. I normally don’t leave reviews but thought they deserved some recognition. I used to work fast food and it sucks but these two had good attitudes, good job guys.

Excellent Costa Vida with everything you’d expect. Good quality, good portions, and the great flavors that you’ll get at most of their locations. Friendly workers and clean seating area. Only complaint is the bathrooms are in serious need of some deep cleaning- walls, floors, and fixtures are all very grimy.

Employees were friendly enough, just wish the food was better. It’s ok but nothing great or amazing portions are not great compared to the other burrito places (that sadly aren’t in Pocatello). A bunch of tables did need wiped down had to look for a clean one to sit at.

A couple of the employees at this location were so rude & unprofessional. We came in on 5/27/23 in the evening & two of the girls gave me & my husband the dirtiest looks. They didn’t greet me, I had to greet them, & they avoided taking our order. One of them fought with a coworker and complained about her ”14 hour day” in front of all the customers in line. The food was okay but the service from from this girl & a couple others was awful. So unprofessional & weird.

The menu says they have soda or tea. I tried to order tea they said they’ve never had tea. I ordered the 2’taco plate got home and there was only one taco per plate. I called them and they said yes. It’s only one taco with rice and beans for $10

Pork and salads are good and I used to look forward to them. They usually do ok, but I got a small salad instead of my regular on an online order 🙁 No point in going to fix the issue when I’d have to drive across town from an already awful day. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We got here and they were out of chicken and Parmesan cheese. And the refried beans were chunky and the shedded cheese on top of our burrito wasn’t all melted. There’s also beans mixed up in the rice and the lettuce isn’t chopped up into small pieces. Would not recommend the costa Vida in chubbuck.

We were there a couple of weeks ago, and it was super busy with our big family and a baseball time coming in all at once. The place was staffed with a bunch of high school boys, and they were so efficient and quick and helpful. We were really impressed with how well they worked together in what was probably a pretty stressful time to make sure everyone was taken care of. Good job, boys!
