This KFC is nothing short of phenomenal! We ordered a 12 piece bucket with all the fixings… the chicken was moist and flavorful, the fries were hot, fresh and well seasoned… and the staff was so incredibly polite! It was the best experience we’ve had at a KFC in years! We will return!

They try so very hard to win the worst place to go for fast fast food chicken. The terrible service rivals Jack In The Box, of their not out of chicken, you get chicken from the bottom of the frier that’s been left in too long. Not to mention chicken breasts the size of a chubby baby. Every time is worse and worse to the point I’ll never go again.

I’m currently on my way to Nebraska for Thanksgiving and I stopped into this KFC for a drink and to use the bathroom. There is a sign on the bathroom that states restrooms are for paying customers only. So of coarse I tried to buy something. While purchasing my drink the manager stated “Getting a drink is not enough to get into the bathroom.” I told the cashier “never mind on ringing up the drink”, and I left. It’s a sad day when KFC won’t let you use their bathroom unless you buy more. if there is a cash amount that you must pay to use the restroom please add it to your signs as apparently a soda is not enough. I find this practice discriminating to say the least.

I asked for as many pickles as they’re allowed to give me on a sandwich and got 3 on one sandwich and 4 on the other, and when I went back inside to correct the order they openly talked about me before I reached the counter and said the sandwiches already had extra pickles. 3 or 4 pickles is absolutely not extra. Train your employees to keep their negative opinions of customers between themselves and how to make a situation right. They charged me for the extra pickles instead of fixing the sandwiches.
