Where do I start with this review? PrimoHoagies is THE best place for a hoagie. You’re not only getting just a slice of bread with some meat and toppings, you’re getting a house-made masterpiece crafted with care and perfection. Not only did this taste heavenly, it was reasonably priced! The staff were super friendly and helpful since it was my first time at the restaurant.

Delicious hoagies, Amazing sides. Truly the authentic hoagie-second to NONE. I’ve recently started having Primos Claymont cater our work meetings and everyone loves the food. The prices are excellent, especially in comparison to other places that used to cater for us. The only difference is the QUALITY of the food!! Jen and her staff are professional, so friendly and accommodating. This place is a gem!!

Horrible! I used to love this shop. Best rolls ever! However, I HATE mayo, and am always careful to emphasize that I want my sub DRY. – NO MAYO. My wife put in the order, I wrote it down for her, and she gave it to one of the FIVE workers there, no other customers. My order says DRY! She brought it home and it had mayo. I’ve gone there regularly, believing they have the best subs in Delaware. NEVER AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE. They couldn’t get THE MOST IMPORTANT THING CORRECT! SHAME!

Love Primos in Claymont Everything always taste fresh and the Sandwiches are delicious. My favorite are the Turkey Diablo.. And the Mild itlalian The staff was Friendly. My order was completed in a quick manner. Highly recommend this place.

Today April 3rd 5:36pm. It was a lady with grey ponytail and glasses. VERY RUDE. I walked in for my order and I spoke she said nothing, I was forced after my 3 times speaking. She then looked at the order (bag and receipt on it) with my name and made me spell it out which is fine but then made me repeat it 3 times as well. She told them me it will be a while. I’m waiting for nothing because after the younger lady was done she came and gave me the older that been sitting there whole time. I asked for had it been done and older lady said “yes” so basically she had me waiting for nothing. I just felt she was rude from beginning and made me wait for nothing. I work at hospital and me and co workers will never come here again. Not giving my money to rude people like her ! Think it was a race thing to be honest.
