I was in a big hurry when I came to this McAlister’s. I was worried to eat in a sit down atmosphere because of my time constraints, but the crew here did not disappoint at all. The food service was exceptional and speedy. The young man at the counter, William, was extremely kind and helpful as well. I will definitely be back.

Ordered a French dip bring my food out and say we are out of ojous. Didn’t give the opportunity to order and alternative since they already brought our food. Got maybe two tablespoons of potato salad. Wife got a full amount of macaroni. Asked them why such a difference. Um apologetically they said that’s all you get. Never again. I rarely post but the Oak Ridge location needs work. It’s a shame the other locations have been great but there is an issue every time we come.

I had ordered food for my family as pickup, we were late on the pickup so the order had been set aside, that’s on us but when we got our food home the items weren’t correct. My mothers sandwich was on the wrong bread and mine had honey mustard on it despite the sticker stating not to add it. For the price we paid it’s disappointing to have half your order be wrong, would recommend picking a different location

It was delicious and done with care. I do love a lot of dressing more than pictured here. It was a little expensive for me. But every thing is always perfect each and every time.

I work in food service and don’t like to underestimate how hard the job can be because I get it. But when I went in at 12:20 and ordered food I shouldn’t have had to wait until 12:50 to receive it. I tipped 20% and have no way to be compensated for my time or the tip that wasn’t deserved. I understand that they might be understaffed or busy but there wasn’t a line of people and I saw 3 employees sitting down. Breaks shouldn’t be during peak hours. I was never acknowledged during my wait and when I was handed my food no one apologized or said anything. If I was on lunch for a job I wouldn’t have even been able to receive my food in time. I sat there waiting for 30 minutes. That’s a whole entire lunch break. Train your staff to be apologetic when they make mistakes because it really and truly goes a long way.

Changed my review from four stars to one.. way to lose a customer. Multiple times now that they don’t bring food out after ordering through the app for curbside pickup. In every case the food is sitting behind the counter and I have to go in and ask for it. Defeats the point of curbside. Manager blew me off, “we’ll do better”. Previous review below.

The restrooms definitely need to be shown more love. The service was slow but the employees were very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered Ceasar salad, and the dressing was good and thick. The lettuce was fresh. I also had fire roasted vegetable soup. It was very good and piping hot.

Ordered the mcalister club and cucumber tomato salad. Salad literally had no tomatoes and was mostly onions!! The sandwich has an extra slice of bread in the middle that you know nothing bout (if never order) and doesn’t give you the option to take it off when ordering online or even tell you!!
