PLEASE DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I had one of the worst experiences with the staff at this location tonight 8/28/23 9:30pm . My food came half way open and I went back to the store to get it remade as precautionary measures. They told me that the lid on their food is not always sealed and that it was nothing they can do about it.I think this is odd as most restaurants will remake the food without issues. Sending off unsealed orders goes against food safety protocols. Furthermore , the supervisor resealed the lid and then proceeded to tell me that my food was not delivered unsealed. Why would I drive 30 minutes if my food was sealed to begin with ?? I also want to mention that she called her manager in front of me and proceeded to speak Spanish , which is a language I’m not familiar with. Anything could have been said during the conversation. In the end , I had to order a whole new salad. I will be getting in contact with corporate so they can develop a process to prevent this from happening in the future.

Pretty tasty for a salad place. They don’t have cups for tap water and their drinks are very limited and expensive. The default menu choices range from 400-750 calories, and they offer seasonal specials. Salads are $12+. My favorites are the Harvest and Chicken Pesto Parm.

I created my own salad at sweetgreen, and it was good but nothing special. I would say it is definitely overpriced even without getting all of the premium or additional toppings. The most shocking occurrence was that they would not give a cup for water. They told me I could only buy a water bottle or other bottled drink despite an obviously large tap water dispenser behind the counter. I have never been to a restaurant before that refused to give a cup of water, and this notably diminished the dining experience. I probably would not go back anytime soon, but I do know of others who really enjoy it!

Overall rating of 4.3, Was met with a very unenthusiastic personality, besides that and the less than stellar amount of chicken in the salad there are no complaints. Alya and I both got the Kale Caesar, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were able to dispose of everything in a communal compost bin! The restaurant has a casual atmosphere with a very laid-back feeling.

Is it just this specific store that’s incompetent and lacking all customer service and communication skills? I come to this location since it’s closer than Bethesda row. Every-time there’s one issue or another. Today I ask for a “romaine Caesar” and the employee proceeds to give me kale. I say “I asked for a romaine Caesar, so a kale Caesar without the kale please.” Then proceeds to throw all the ingredients into a make shift bowl and doesn’t add the lime squeeze. I ask the employee, “can you please add the lime squeeze?” Doesn’t acknowledge that she even missed the line squeeze, a key component of the Ceasar salad and gives an attitude the entire duration of my order.
