If I could give a 0 star I would.. we ordered 5 blizzards and they looked like a milkshake when we got them. When we asked the owner about this his response was that’s how they are made, he spoke very little English and had horrible customer service, after arguing for 5 min with him he told us they are going to keep melting as long as we set there and shut the drive through window on us..no one would even eat them so I just threw away $24 I will never be back there.

I’ve been in the food industry for over 20 years. 5 of those years were at a Dairy Queen in Franklin, and this particular Dairy Queen in Trafalgar is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. What I ordered was correct but food quality was terrible and the owner/manager was rude and persisted to argue with me about it. The hot dog was ok but the fries tasted like they had been sitting for an hour. I went back in and showed him. All he did was throw them away and gave me more old fries insisting they were fresh which they weren’t. I had to almost demand new fries and all they did was put the old fries back in the fryer and reheat them. The employees were also not practicing food safe procedures and would likely fail a board of health inspection should they have one. Personally, the Indian owner/operator of this location should be fired and someone who cares about the business and people should replace him. I will be reporting this location to the Department of Health in the Morning.
