I’m still loving this place. We visit every week during the summer and I’m having a lot of fun exploring the menu. Best dish so far has been quesadillas locas. The one “could be better dish” was the fish tacos and that wasn’t bad – we just wished for bigger hunks of fish and cabbage instead of lettuce. My choice tonight was enchiladas locas which was good but would have been excellent with more cheese and enchilada sauce.

My wife and I love the food at Lalos and have ordered many times. Tonight we ordered through Uber eats. When the order arrived it was the wrong person’s order. We called and spoke to a male to inform him of the mistake. He confirmed on his end the order was for the wrong person and he gave ours to someone else. Full stop. I asked if he could just make another order and I’d come pick it up. He said “no we can’t we close in 20 minutes so call back tomorrow”. That didn’t make sense because we live less than 10 minutes away. I asked if I could talk to his manager and he said they weren’t there. I expressed how disappointing it was to be treated like this. No response. I asked for his name and he wouldn’t tell me. I asked again and he hung up. I was not being rude or combative. I remained calm and logical. Very very disappointed in this employees disregard and poor service. I will be stopping by tomorrow to talk to a manager. Great food. I hope this leads to better training in customer service. He could have at least offered a reimbursement or a gift card to cover the cost. BTW, the meal we received was less food and cost less than what we paid.

This new restaurant is a wonderful addition to the dining options in Ada. Lalos took over a previous high-end tap room and converted it into a Mexican restaurant. Very nice indoor space as well as outdoor dining options. Wonderful food, significant quantity, and very fair prices. This will definitely be a new favorite of mine as Mexican is my favorite type of food. Check it out I think that you will like it.

Very disappointing. Authentic Mexican food with bland flavor. No flavor at all!! Where’s the seasoning?. Guacamole was bland. Even their chips was bland.

Terrible experience due to service tonight. We got to restaurant at a time to beat dinner rush. We got seated right away. We put in our order right away since we were dining with kids. More tables got seated after us. These tables proceeded to get their food (and eventually bills) while we still waited for our meal. After some time, we tracked down our waiter for some drink refills, with other tables also hoping to catch him for refills though he didn’t see. We watched 6 tables who arrived after us get their meals (it’s not that big of a restaurant). We asked the waiter when he thought our food would be ready. He said, “maybe 10minutes.” We asked 10minutes, surprised as at that point we had waited about 40minutes for our food. He said nonchalantly and without any apology, “I put in your order late, I had to track down the printer paper.”

My fiancé and i ate here recently because this other place we wanted to go to was closed and it was okay. The flavors were bland and were lacking. We had to add salt to everything we ordered, including the salsa which didn’t taste that great. There’s no spice to anything. The wait staff was nice however but there a language barrier.

Best Mexican restaurant! Food is always delicious. My fav is the chimichangas! Crispy, creamy and so good. Service can be a bit slow, but not enough to keep us from going back.

Awesome service and food. We went Cinco de Mayo at 5 pm and the place was packed. They were well staffed and they were hustling around. Very professional and courteous. Drinks and tortilla chips were brought out and our meals were ordered. The food was very good.

Ordered for pickup and ordered guacamole, for $5.99 the container on the right is what I received. It was an extra $1.50 for chips. It was honestly so small it was funny and then I remembered that I paid $7.50 for 3 chips worth of guac. The food ($15 burrito, $12 for 3 tacos) was pretty good but certainly not worth the money. Also I was only able to choose cilantro OR onions on the tacos unless I paid a surcharge for both, which again just feels ridiculous.
