For 5 dollars the quesabirria was pretty good. The flavor wasn’t as strong as I’m used to so but it also wasn’t as greasy a bit on the lighter side which for me was good. The sauces have a good kick help offset the lighter taste. A little odd to eat next to a strip club with the family or the fact they had a bug zapper inside but besides those points good value

I just came to Birreria Guadalajara and this employee named Carina, she was very nice and she’s really spot on with her work. I couldn’t decide what to order, so she helped me with out with some suggestions and boy… she was knew what she was talking about! This birria was DELICIOUS. Thank you Carina, I’m definitely coming back for more.

I was visiting from out of town and another Birria place we go to was closed, we stopped in at Birria Guadalajara right when they were closing and Lupe and Corina did not skip a beat, they were so nice and very accommodating( even though I know they were probably ready to go ☺️) The food was well seasoned and delicious! . I will definitely come in next time I’m in town!

Drove through. I got the birria noodles/ramen my husband got the birria torta Titanic. My food was delicious! Great flavor and really soft carne. Highly recommend this one for a hangover! Try it with the medium salsa because for me it’s the perfect amount of spicy. My husband tried the spicy one and it made him sweat. Lol He usually tolerates really spicy. The torta was smothered in the same salsa so I didn’t even bother trying it lol but he loved it. He said it all had great flavor too. Great friendly customer service and “hit the spot” food. Over all highly recommend thelis new place. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We happened to see this on our way to our relatives house and stopped to try it out..we loved it. The food was good, place looked clean, good atmosphere. We got the quesabirria it was really big and they didn’t skimp out on the meat. We got consome tacos de birria . Only thing they only gave us 1 salsa for all of that and wanted to charge .50 cents each for extra .
