The manager of this restaurant is absolutely unqualified to run anything. We ordered a large pizza for 4 people and we all began eating at the same time. As a result, we ate the pizza at the same time. We then found out that the pizza had Miracle Whip on it instead of Sour Cream for Taco Pizza. The manager then said that because we ate more than 1 piece, she could only offer a 10% discount on our next pizza. This manager was yelling at my partner and refused to listen to us after we were literally transferred to her. Why in the WORLD would we order again after this treatment? This is absolutely ridiculous. Why would I order an inedible pizza for $21.99 and then agree to get $2.20 off of the NEXT one? The manager was upset that she was hung up on but honestly, this was done out of pure consideration for them and that business because they were driving me up the effin wall. After we called and complained and we’ve been waiting for OVER an hour and a half to receive a replacement for this disaster of a pizza

My husband was excited to find that we had one of your locations that would deliver to us. He hasn’t had a tower pizza in probably 10 years. I love your taco pizza. The kids had a pepperoni pizza, light sauce. We were quite disappointed in the pizzas. The light sauce one had sauce spread over top of the cheese. The taco pizza was drowning in taco sauce. Thankfully, the tower was ok, but not what we remembered. We spent over $60 with tip and will not order from this location again. I sent a complaint to corporate who emailed me back quickly saying that they’d forward it to this franchise. NO RESPONSE from the franchise in a MONTH! SAUCE ON TOP OF THE “LIGHT SAUCE” PIZZA??? COME ON!! I managed a Pizza Hut for a few years under very stressful times, working 90 or so hours per week. I understand issues and unhappy customers. This NEVER happened. I have no understanding of this especially with no response!

Sure missed this place. The deep dish is on point, American sub made me proud to be an American. EOC has some of the best pizza crust on the planet. Open late, location on main isn’t in the best area, but what in Mansfield is? Food was hot, delicious, and fairly priced.

our pizzas had raw dough ( NOT COOKED AT ALL) on the bottom and they forgot part of our order (Nachos)and acted like they didn’t want to bring it back. It TOOK 45 mins for them to bring Nachos….. ♀️ I understand they are short handed, but that shouldn’t mean poor service ♀️

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The cheese didn’t even cover the tomato sauce, and there was hardly ANY pepperoni. Some slices had 1 whole piece and half of another. I also ordered a 6″ BLT sub with extra meat and added double mozzarella cheese. They put NONE of t h e cheese and DEFINITELY no extre meat. When I called, the cashier said he personally weighed the cheese on the pizza, and made the sub as well. On too of that, they don’t deliver 6 blocks away from their store! Absolutely HORRIBLE with making what was ordered. The kid in the phone basically called me a liar, and refused to correct their UNACCEPTABLE service!
