Lacking the customer service skills one receives when going to an actual Starbuck’s location. I was only person in line or anywhere to be seen waiting to order & out of 3 people working no one could be bothered with as much as an acknowledgement to say- “hi there, we will be with you in a moment”. Out of “specialty drink milks” as well. Striking out left and right – will take my patronage elsewhere.

Not that it matters to Starbucks being the company that it is, but I will not be coming to this specific one. I watched a staff essentially throw her arms up in the air and leave the counter when a deaf woman asked where she could find sugar. Then the staff began to yell at her because she was able to verbally tell the staff that she was deaf, like she was able to hear her. No other staff even bothered to help or figure out the situation.

I love when my sister gets her coffee at Starbucks. This last visit was not very good. They have a new flavor. Tastes like apple cider. No!! Was not like apple cider. My sister said it was terrible. Sorry Starbucks! She will not be drinking that again.

Without a doubt the best Target based Starbucks in the Kingdom of Hennepin. Friendly staff, drinks made quickly and accurately. Large seating area, as big as any stand alone starbucks. What more could you ask for. 10/10 would come again. Would probably make another visit too

I’ve been to this location several times and they are always very cheerful. The place is busy each time, but they work through it fast and it’s refreshing to know it’s so popular. Today, I met one of the new gals, who happily assisted me. My drinks are all over the place depending on the day and they consistently get it right with a smile. Love going here!

Impossibly rude and unprofessional staff. Complaining about customers while they have a line. Employees standing around gossiping while people are waiting for their items. As a former Starbucks barista- this is not the image the company wants to maintain. Yikes out of 5 stars.

I wanted something totally different and the barista described two different drinks, one of them a salted creamy cold brew. It was worth it! Not my favorite, but I really enjoyed exploring something new. I only wished I felt a bit more free, to pull my mask down while I sipped and shopped.
