Person taking orders would not listen while I was ordering. Kept talking over me which resulted in me ordering more than what I wanted. Cook was making my food with no gloves, touched his face multiple times while preparing my food. Also, cook has a full beard and was not wearing a beard net. Overall, very unsanitary and rude.

First time we had it it was 5 stars,bottom was crispy we got our food in a decent time. Our next visit was a 2 star I had to remind them about our breadsticks with our order, the younger guy working the register didn’t have a idea what he was doing my guess would be a new hire, ordered a whole pizza and only the bottom where the crust was crispy almost like they didn’t leave it on long enough, as I was walking out noticed my box had raw dough on the bottom of my box than I got on my hand. We will still come back for pizza when we are in the area

Ordered a number 1 which was a whole pizza, bread sticks & drinks. Paid & sat down to wait, while a rush came through. Didn’t realize they completely disregarded our order (since I had a toddler keeping me busy). Went to ask if there was a problem but they continued to place others orders without any acknowledgment of a family of three thats been waiting in there for over 30min. Meanwhile the pizza maker is whiping his hands on his butt everytime he touches something (also no one waring gloves for prepping food). When we finally got the pizza we had to remind them of every other item that came with our order. Seemed like they were all on heroin (not even joking). Definitely wanted a refund and get out of there but my bf was determined to get it lol

Tried to dine in twice now, no food other than some burnt cheese pizza, and a few plain bread stix both times. 2 nd time was told it be about 10 mins for pep bread stix and went batch came out all were given out and was told it would be another 20 mins… ” Manager” had to call some one to find out to do a refund ( which if ur a manger you should know how to do it) and the whole time I was there ( 15 mins worth) the ” manager did nothing but talk to some guy that was there. . I thought it was pizza place ….only one pizza, and some plain bread stix and moz stix…… definitely won’t go back any time soon and will be passing the word along…

If I could leave 1/2 a star that would still be giving this place credit. Dirty dirty dirty place and very rude employees… I witnessed a worker drop a plate on the ground and pick it up and place it on the counter and continue using it… no employees wearing gloves. Food not hot after being put in the oven for the 30 seconds they put it back in for the reheat. So disappointing because it used to be ☆☆☆☆ back in the day. Hopefully the owners take action and clean this place up. I would start with a new staff

Terrible service. We stopped to get a slice of pizza while visiting the museum. The lady working was polite, the gentleman had an attitude. He also argued with a customer about her ordering a gluten free pizza. This was going to require him making a fresh pizza. He told her “are you sure? It’s basically a pizza on a saltine.” He continued to badger her until she told him she was no longer ordering. He then followed her into the lobby trying to talk her back into ordering. I reluctantly stopped again for a pop before we left the museum and he acted like I was asking for the unreasonable. Slamming the cash register and when I thanked him he ignored me and walked away. There is a help wanted sign in the window. Maybe they can hire a friendly face
