My best friend and I were looking for a night of fine dining, and they exceeded our expectations. We had a delicious surf and turf meal, mushroom and Brussels sprout appetizer, and exquisite cocktails. Our servers, Evan and Myia, were attentive and provided us with the best customer service we have had in a long time. Even though we were high maintenance, all of our needs were met and surpassed. They enthusiastically adhered to our requests, going above and beyond to ensure that our experience at the Hinesburg Public House was unforgettable. I will be recommending this restaurant to my friends, and I hope to dine here again in the near future.

We had an excellent dinner here on the last night of my trip. There was a really good selection of local beer and quite a variety of items on the menu. I chose the pork chops, which were delicious and the presentation was great. The chocolate cake was also very tasty and definitely shareable. Highly recommended if you are in the area and looking for a great farm to table experience.

We dropped in after a game, and not wanting to eat in the city I chose this place. The burger and chicken sandwich were great, the staff was responsive and friendly, and the menu was perfect. One page menus excite me because there’s a better chance the entrees are well prepared and practical. It’s also easier on kitchen staff which allows them to focus on quality and consistency. We will be visiting again!
