Today I went to checkers. I have not been to checkers in over 15 yrs. The lady who took my order was so nice. The cook brought my food out to car he was so nice and invited me back. My sandwich was fresh and delicious. Much better than I remembered. I will be stopping in for more. Thanks y’all

Waited in the drive through line forever, once i finally got to the window they let me know they were out of the drink that i ordered, no big deal, i changed the drink order. While i waited at the window on my food the lady while talking with another employee was digging in her pants!! Did not wash her hands and handled my stuff! Absolutely Disgusting. Needless to say i wasted $14.

Just stopped in for the first time today since they opened, and I must say I’m really impressed. The line was a bit long, but that’s to be expected when a new restaurant comes to a small town like ours, everyone is ready to try something new. Overall though, it wasn’t a long wait, and the service from the staff was perfect.

I have not had an issue until tonight. I sent my son to Checkers since we live near by. I had my phone alert me that $7.72 had been charged. Shortly after, my son (17) called and said my card declined. I walked up and showed them the pending charge. The young girl said it did not go through. I let them try the card again and saw the card machine said approved, yet the order remained on the screen. Another bank notification came through for $7.72. She said it was declined again. I let her know that the card machine said approved. She went and got to the manager who was pretty grumpy and overall not friendly at all. She made it seem like this was my fault.

Place was great when they first opened, but the past couple times I’ve went, only thing really worth ordering is everything except their chicken products. I don’t know when they change and filter their oil or if they even do, but their chicken always comes out looking burnt and has been way to hard to chew lately, I know they’ve served chicken that was still raw to one of their customers as well, so like all the other fast food places here in booneville, the foods only good on certain shifts, be careful what you order, and check your bag before you leave cause their good at leaving stuff out of your bag and getting attitudes when you tell them about it.
