Gonna go ahead and say this is the best pizza in the Hudson valley, and I’d put it up against any of the best pizza in Brooklyn, too. The bake on the round crust and the classic pie remind me of prime Di Fara down on Avenue J in Brooklyn. And that’s just the round pie. The square focaccia pie is out of this world. Oh and the fresh baked cookies are awesome. This place is a triumph.

The quality of the pizza at Pan and Peel is unmatched. The care and work that goes into the dough and ingredient selection by the King of Pizza and shop owner Eric makes this one of the best pizza restaurants in the northeast. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by for plain, hot honey, or white pizza as well as a freshly baked cookie.

Wow, just wow. I had to work late today and pass this place every day on my way home and decided to stop in for a couple slices for dinner. Pan and peel has immediately sprung to the top of my favorite pizza places I have ever been, including in the NYC! I got the soppressatta and hot honey traditional slice as well as the square white slice. This guy knows dough. The crust is crispy and light with an open crumb structure and the toppings ingredients are top shelf. I respect the heck out of any place that has a small menu that they execute incredibly well, and that’s exactly what you get at Pan and Peel! I am supper excited that I drive past here every day because I am going to become a regular, though I fear for my waistline! This is Dave Portnoy level pizza, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a more elevated artisan style pizza!

Pan and peel pizza is bringing the beat pizza to your table in my opinion. The pg hot honey pie is a popular savory pizza. The classic focaccia is a must to try as well. Great owner and staff. I will always bring my business here for my pizza craving. Must stop in. Be open minded and try the entire menu. Even the sweet treats will finish the meal nicely. Totally enjoyed this Pizza experience. The owner and master pizzaiolo Eric might be young but he has truly mastered pizza making. This is a well crafted pizza especially the dough. The square slice is more of a focaccia that is much lighter and more airy than traditional heavy Sicilian pizza. It’s also packed with layers of flavors and a light crispy bottom. I tried the one topped with hot soppressata and hot honey. It was sweet and savory…. Sooo Good. I will definitely be a regular at this place.
