soggy burritos arrived with missing items. girl on the phone was super rude, didn’t want to offer replacement or refund and told us we can dispute with the credit card. well we did. enjoy the charge and you are losing business from an entire floor at the hospital.

Wanted to try this place out so I spent $10.15 on a bowl. Was expecting something like chipotle but opened it up to find a the bowl that is 98% rice, 1% lettuce, and 1% everything else. The rice wasnt anything special either, just plain white rice. Money is better spent literally anywhere else

I have no problem admitting my wrongs or being reasonable and recognizing if a person is just having a bad day …but It’s a shame I have to hold such a low opinion on middlesex county businesses. I went to BubbaKoos today after having placed the order online ( in which I asked for extra chicken and instead got extra rice) I was rudely met with an employee who asked what I needed and I mistakenly told her that I had called in and instead of her corrected me she was just very nasty and the gentleman that had gone before me to place this order also affirmed to the manger (once we figured out who she was) that the young lady in the picture also was very nasty with him as well. So I immediately asked who the manager was , and as luck would have it. It was not her but she told the manager that I was upset because she asked a question and I knew that wasn’t the truth of the situation so I had to correct her. She was very curt and rude so I had to remind her that I did not make the decision for her to work there , so if she was unhappy with that, then that’s something that she should address internally and not take out all customers she immediately asked me if I would like to be escorted out?!!..to be threatened with being escorted out of an establishment for respectfully calling out biased treatment is appalling . To which I responded,” who is going to escort me out”? I had already paid for my food online , and she was being brazenly Rude and unprofessional. The manager finally then made herself known, and I let her know that I did not want the young lady to to lose her job or even be reprimanded, but she needed to watch the way she spoke to her customers because another customer and I whom did not know each other felt that she had been curt and disrespectful we both can’t possibly be lying!!! … I won’t be back again ,seeing as tho Certain customers were greeted politely and the two last of us both African American, were met with such rudeness and impatience, mind you it was only us two patrons in the store aside from the 3 employees ..Never again !!! Keep your money away from establishments where you won’t be respected and where the self entitled folks feel like they run ish ‼️

I tried a burrito bowl. It was watery, the rice was undercooked and overall it tasted like something you get at a high school cafeteria. Save your money and go to chipotle or an authentic restaurant if you want a bowl. That being said, I’ve heard better things about their quesadilla, but the soggy lettuce bowl turned me off too much to return

Ordered food at 8:07 pm and we were told 10-15 minutes. When we got there the staff seem very confused and disorganized. We arrived 35 minutes after calling and food was still not ready for a little while. We understand that restaurants can be busy/chaotic, but why tell us 10 minutes then? Multiple walk-in orders came in, ordered, and received their food before ours was ready. Ended up having to wait for new steak to be made for our tacos and was shocked when this was one of the tacos we received in our order. We completely understand that when just steak and cheese tacos (and no other toppings) are ordered the tacos won’t be stuffed- but to have 3 tiny pieces of steak and a sprinkle of cheese in a taco is not acceptable for a 10 dollar meal. Besides that we were pretty happy with the food, but will most likely travel to another franchise to order again.

First time here but definitely not my last. Place is very clean and the staff was very nice. Being my first time here the guy behind the counter explained everything to my wife and I. I can’t think of not having nachos without general tso’s chicken now. Very impressed by the options and food. 5 stars!!!

Haven’t even tried the food yet, but I must say, with guacamole nachos, it’s hard to screw up (although the salsa, queso, and pico the ultimate test). That said, this is what I got. AND they forgot the guacamole, despite the fact that I got it as my “protein”. I did call, and they are currently sending some chips and guac my way. But to be honest, the miniscule amount of queso I received that I paid extra for is enough to turn me away. This was not worth the money I spent, whether it’s delicious or not.

My husband and I stopped in after seeing their listing on Doordash. We each got burrito bowls, mine with the barbacoa, his with the grilled chicken. There are a ton of premium options to choose from, all included in the measly $9.50 charge. We even got a canned/bottled drink to go with it! When the food came out a quick 5 minutes later, we were blown away by how stuffed the container was! Each portion was definitely enough for 2 meals, wow! Everything was absolutely delicious… the salt level was perfect, the meats were juicy and bursting with flavor throughout, the rice, vegetables, and other add-ins were incredibly fresh… everything was perfect. You get so much for your money, we will certainly be back!
