I ordered online and went to pickup my order. There were 3 associates who were chitchatting and laughing like they were at a comedy show. They didn’t bother to greet or ask me. I store in line for almost 5 minutes. Two associates looked at me and didn’t bother to talk to me. They were in their one world. Finally the lady who was counting the cash woke up and told I am middle of something. Could you mind going to the other counter. For my surprise, the lady who was laughing with other guy and also had known my order details was holding my order readily. This lady knew when I entered the store but didn’t talk to me. There was another he looked at me couple of times but didn’t bother to talk as well. Looks these guys are not interested to work, simply spoil the reputation of the store and make it more worse

I had a hankering for Krispy Kreme donuts, been thinking out them all day. So I get off work and drive out to 108th during rush hour, low and behold, they’re closed! I regrettably go across the street Dunkin. To add to my frustration the inside was closed so I get back in my car and hit the drive thru. Not sure what to order I go to my default, blueberry glazed and chocolate glazed, and strawberry with sprinkles for the kid. So we get to the window and pay, the lady was so nice and she put a few extras in the bag, which made my day, in conjunction with the cashiers bright persona. I will be back! (terminator voice)

We waited for 5 minutes before someone greeted us. It was ample of workers but not one them said hello, we will be with you shortly. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. This sandwich was thrown together, bacon not fully cooked and so Dry. The lobby was horrible! Just throw the entire furniture set away. This was my first and last time for Dunkin’. Maybe the other locations service is better.

Why are your employees yelling about other customers in there? Not sure why they’re so miserable but I really don’t wana hear them yelling and complaining I just want my coffee. And I’ll edit to add; a lot of people are complaining about your employees yelling….maybe that should be fixed??

This place was good 6 months ago…the last few times I have gone my order is either burnt or made wrong.This morning got 2 coffees simple just coffee flavor and creme but they forgot the creme and flavor!! They need to pay attention to making the orders and improve on customer service…..

I walked inside to get a coffee this morning and didn’t realize the dining area was closed. I was going to sit inside and drink it but then “Karen” behind the counter literally screamed at me and told me to get out. Karen needs to chill out, learn some restraint, and treat the customers with respect, or get out of the customer service business.

Donuts should be simple and bare minimum effort needs to be given and yet this place makes packaged donuts at the crappiest gas station look appealing. This is the third time this year where my kids asked for dunkin and what we got was dunked on with paltry service and food.

This is literally milk…. You can clearly see what I ordered was an iced caramel craze, and that is not what I got. If I wanted milk I would have ordered milk…. This is the 2nd day in a row that either something was missing or wasn’t right. This is ridiculous and whoever made this needs to be retrained. Very disappointed and I love Dunkin way more than Starbucks but I may need to start going there….
