One of the most dry, overcooked pizzas I have ever eaten. Dexter the manager said he checked it and looked fine and wouldn’t compensate me in anyway. I will not be returning. I would highly recommend taking your business to another pizza shop.

The pizza is delicious, sauce has such great flavor! Yesterday was our first time trying the boneless wings, and while the sauce was good, the wings themselves were ridiculously small!! A good portion of them were bite size/size of a quarter! (included in the picture for reference). Definitely not worth $9!

This is very disappointing to write because we love Romeo’s and order from this location very often. However this time was very disappointing. At 6:10 pm we placed an online order for deliver as we always do the delivery time was estimated at 50 minutes which is what it pretty much always says. Often time coming before that time. However this time it hit an hour and nothing. I had received a call from an unknown number at 6:56 pm but no voicemail was left. At 7:19 pm we received a call from the restauran t that the driver was having a hard time finding the house which we live in an average neighborhood and our address is prominent on our mailbox that is at the road and no other time when we have ordered have we had this problem. When we received the call from the restaurant no apology was made or anything just asking for something that would make the house easier to locate and no offer to make the situation better – such as remaking the food or giving money back or offering a coupon/ discount. By the time we received our food it was 7:30 pm an hour and twenty minutes since placing the order and the food was no longer hot. Not to mention this was a $50 order and it costs $3.99 for delivery and adding on a tip. I understand things happen but there were things that could have been done to make the situation better. Very disappointing.

They have really good pizza if you like sauce on the sweeter side. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because occasionally we get salads and for some reason they can’t seem to put items we asked for on them almost every time. The always make it right when we call them but it’s frustrating when you get home, open the bag and they’re wrong. Other than that it’s a great place with really good pizza

Had the BEST Ranch Lovers Buffalo Chicken pizza this evening! Highly recommend it (or any other type of pizza at Romeo’s for that matter) and highly recommend the Stow store. Everyone is working so hard here. As a customer, please know how much I appreciate all of you working. I know this pandemic has certainly not made things easy.
