Woman working the drive through this afternoon was very kind and very accommodating, much more so than I see in a lot of other fast food spots. Food was hot and fresh, definitely hadn’t been sitting under a lamp. Overall good experience!

The food was good and hot once we received it. We ate inside the store. We had to wait a long time to get our order taken and a more than normal time to get the food prepared. Multiple people came in after we ordered and left do to lack of timely service. There were three people working. One person trying to take drive through orders, which was lined up around the building, one person trying to put the food together, and one in the back preparing the food. Between walk-in people, door dash orders,. and drive thru they were working as fast as they could. A definite lack of help and management at higher level was relevant. The management didn’t care to much about the people or facility. The dining room soda machine ice majer was broken. Behind the counter one of the chicken warmers was displaying call for service.

I was greeted pretty quickly. Food was out in a timely manner. The chicken was Luke warm and small in size. The prices are outrageous for what you get. I will say the man working was courteous and fast to get my food together.

Absolute worst service in Northwest Indiana. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on my first two visits, but on the 3rd receiving the same service I couldn’t contain myself. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes or more just to get a response at the drive-up, mind you I was the only one in line! I finally gave up park the car to go into the lobby, surprise apparently it closes at 6:00 p.m. unbelievable, I gave up and left, on the previous trips I had the same service, it took me 15 minutes just to get through the drive-in and the food was cold! What the heck? They do not deserve to be in business, go someplace else for food.

the staff was RUDE the food absolutely disgusting, they ignored me at the counter for 15 minutes after yelling from behind the line they’d be with me soon, chicken was dry and the warmer said in bold DO NOT USE, CALL FOR SERVICE WATER HEATER MALFUNCTION. even sounding an alarm. yet was still in use. 1 member cleaned the floor with a mop instead of stepping in to help as 1 member ran a drive thru full of customers we ordered ahead. waited 35 minutes and arrived before our order was even started. after a long period I began to ask why I hadn’t been halped, was treated rude I asked for refund before they started to put my order together and was told I couldn’t have one but she’d make the other employee hurry up and get my order, the Cole slaw was put under all of the hot food, had absolutely no liquid or flavor. chicken was dry and the extra crispy was literally disgusting and soggy we complained to the online order 800# and were issued a full refund. unfortunately after we placed our order speaking to our own family members they described almost the same service and disgusting meal they had not a week prior. wish we had known any sooner instead of wasting our time. we will not go back and would advise anyone considering to turn around immediately. the staff never washed hands from mopping a floor or serving the drive thru and accepting money. after forgetting our biscuits I was greeted with more poor attitude. this place needs to be shut down or restaffed and trained properly before they get people sick.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Today is Aug. 5, 2023. I stopped by to grab dinner for my parents. It is 3pm. I go to drive thru to find a handwritten note stating ” please let us know when you are ready to order”. After sitting for a minute saying “hello?”, I decided to go in. In the pouring rain I go to the doors to find them locked. As I look at 2 employees inside looking at me, no one moved. This place is the worst. Popeyes here I come.

Hours say open till 10, pulled up before 9:30 and the lights are on but nobody was answering at the drive through. Then I pull up to the window and can see people standing in the back but nobody comes to help me. If youre going to close at 9/9:30 why not change your hours so people don’t waste their time coming out of their way for food here??? If it says youre open till 10 you should be serving people till 10.
