Very slow service for not having anyone but our group of 4. Said they had no lettuce, but then our Doritos locos supreme tacos didn’t even come with sour cream. Just black beans and cheese. Incredibly not worth being charged full price.

First time here. The young lady that took my order was very helpful. I had 2 crunchy tacos and a bean burrito. The tacos were already broken into pieces and the burrito was surly frozen and microwaved (not good).

I personally really enjoy taco bell usually but this specific location is horrible. My whole order seemed like it was old food. Chalupa shells were hard as a rock and taco shells were stale. I got a Crunchwrap Supreme and there was no crunch to it. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Service and food is horrible!

This place always messes up orders unless checked on the spot. Unfortunately when I send my kid, he never checks bags and we always miss something. Tonight he got all the way home across town to find my daughters food missing. The manager’s excuse? He worked a double, I’ll throw in some coupons for free tacos. Mind you, my husband’s AND son’s meals are getting cold on the table and they had to drive across tpwn tp get her meal for free coupons!?! Ridiculous. When I told her the guy chucked the bag in the car, closed the window, then opened it again because my son didn’t pull forward (he never got the drinks)-she said, “I’m sorry, I’ll have a talk with him”. I guess stupid us for continuing to give this place business when they ALWAYS mess up.
