Picked up a couple combos off the new 2 for $10 menu. The “impossible” patty and fries were barely cooked. The Diet Coke was mostly soda water. Usually I find BK to be consistent, but not this time! The young man at the drive up was exceptionally polite, so an extra star there. But the food was terrible. Won’t be going back.

Good to see this neighborhood B King is remodeled! Now work on the important things, FOOD quality and SERVICE. I tried to eat all of my breakfast sandwich without gagging because it was hours old and smashed. Potatoes were undercooked. After I got the attention of the four people working there, including the cook. No one could find salt or pepper or a tray for my food. My wife and I were the only customers inside the store! NOPE to a burger this afternoon. Dear manager you tripped at the finish line.

Ordered a bacon king meal, got a soggy texas double whopper I couldnt finish. Burger was wet and cold. Should of checked the bag as soon as a recieved it but drove home. Definitely will be using all other fast food restaurants in the area before giving this place another try.

I just went by to get a breakfast sandwich cause I’m in a hurry to an appointment and there was not one single person there. The sandwich was $4.50 and was the wrong sandwich so I turned around and went back to get the right one and she gave me one that had to have been there since they opened. Absolutely disgusting I would never go back here again.

I went in and asked about hamburgers. And the lady didn’t understand me and turned around and started putting french fries into a serving cup and gave me the cold shoulder. Frozen drink machine was down. The lady who took my order unfortunately is not fluent in english, so walked away and waited for someone else to come take my order. It was just kind of weird. Got home and was missing food. Too far to drive back, do just won’t be back.

For 15min no one was here to do there job. Took two picture 5 workers pop up out of nowhere. Full team failed. 2pm in 9/23/21. All the food was cold and all the tables are not cleaned. Someone needs to do inspection here.

The remodel that they did on this location is very nice. However, the service is still not even close to being acceptable. We did go around lunch time, so they were busy.. both of the drive thru lanes were full and they moved EXTREMELY slow. So we went inside to order. Unfortunately, the sevice inside was not any better. We saw numerous orders being returned because they didn’t get the right order. It was chaotic. We do not have another Burger King close to our home, so unfortunately we have to come to this location. I pray that corporate comes to this location to teach the staff how to handle the rushes. Otherwise, I fear that the location will close OR someone is going to get sick.
