Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. It was mostly good. My main complaint is that I and someone else ordered their food to a specific table, and instead of bringing it to the table, they just left it at the counter. Kind of silly to have a table service option on the app and it effectively be the counter pickup option.

After going through the drive through, I had to go in to use the bathroom. I’m disabled, have a sensitive stomach, haven’t been there 5 minutes and some woman comes and starts knocking at the door and complaining that I’ve been in there for over 15 minutes! HOW RUDE SHE WAS….I was nice compared to how she was. I finally yelled out EXCUSE ME I HAVE STOMACH ISSUES AND DISABLED, NOT TO MENTION, AT A PUBLIC RESTAURANT….She still was complaining ……..I GIVE THIS LOCATION A LOW RATING, DON’T GO THERE…..THIS WAS THE MCDONALDS LOCATED IN EUFAULA

they say online they open at 5am, but they don’t acknowledge anyone. i sat for 45 minutes to see how long it would take for them to acknowledge me. this has happened several times. i thought the first two times were just bad timing but it happened a few more times. i’ve learned my lesson. what’s the point in opening at 5 if you’re not going to take orders at 5??

Pulled into the McDonald’s truck stop and wanted to sanitize my hands before I did anything and the first sanitizer didn’t work and the second sanitizer didn’t work so I went looking for another one and I ran into the guy that a guy that works there aren’t I and I just mentioned a nieces and well he says I know we don’t know when we’re going to I don’t know what to say little we were or out of the sanitizer and I said that’s something you don’t ever run out that’s just poor management you need to fire your boss that’s a health issue and sanitizers in a public place nowadays are a priority anyway that’s my point of view
