Was looking forward to my first Waller’s experience since everyone is always ranting and raving over this place. Ordered the new Funky Chicken breakfast burrito and received something completely different than what was described on their website. The burrito was supposed to have cheese poppers and instead there was fried chicken (along with the chicken steak). It randomly had bbq sauce when that was not in the description. It also didnt have the sour cream I requested. Along with all of that…the burrito wasn’t wrapped well and completely fell apart. I get it, mistakes happen. I called to see if I could get my correct order (especially since we had waited welllllll over the 25 minute wait that that was given) and instead of the problem being rectified, the person on the phone fought with me and tried to tell me that I was wrong. I’m truly disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Don’t expect your order to be correct! Completely mislabeled and wrong sandwiches. Refused to fix order and instead expect me to pay for another sandwich and a delivery fee b/c “they’re running a business and need to make money” What trash. 1st and LAST order- extremely disappointing

I got the breakfast cheesesteak burrito. Spoiler alert, it was amazing. The tater tots were inside the burrito. Steak meat, cheese, scrambled eggs and tater tots wrapped inside of a nice soft tortilla wrapper. A little Slice of Heaven in the Pine Barrens. My one teeny-weeny wish is for the eggs and meat to be mixed together a little more. PS they had 2 gift basket raffles to raise money for 2 different local charities!!

Waller’s is the absolute best deli! Growing up in Philadelphia, my family owned a successful deli, so I’m very picky when it comes to lunchmeat sandwiches and salads. We came across Waller’s years ago and have never been disappointed. The potato salad, lunchmeat, and fresh rolls are favorites. Also check out the drink selection and candies and treats. We go to Wallers regularly and have NEVER been disappointed. So when we were throwing a party and needed a catere we decided to give them a try. It was FANTASTIC!! From the pleasant and professional way they guided us through the process to the quality and quantity of food provided. The fruit and cheese tray was particularly great and our guests could not say enough about the tenderness and flavor of both the roast beef and the meatballs. My only slight comment would be more delicious sauce for the meatballs please it’s sooooo good!!
