Chipotle Mexican Grills, food wise, are pretty much the same wherever you go. Portions can be pretty generous… at least mine was because I add all the extras. It would have been really nice if there had been some limes, which is something I really really like on Mexican style foods. Even lime juice would have been fine. The restaurant itself was very clean, though not that much seating, but maybe most people do take out, so it really doesn’t matter. Overall, it was good enough for me to go back.

This place is really bad. It’s a Chipotle, so it already starts with an intense lack of flavor with really bad chips… and how do you mess up queso blanco? Well, at least they accomplished that seemingly impossible task. It’s like thick chalk slime. Anyway, as if the food wasn’t bad enough, it’s always crazy dirty. The tables, the floors, the drink station. Even, the trash cans set a new level of filth, always overflowing. Not to mention the price… it’s more expensive than Moe’s, 3 Peppers, and Tijuana Flats. Hell, it’s probably more affordable to fly to Mexico and actually get a decent, authentic Mexican meal. Honestly, go anywhere but here, your taste buds, your gag reflex, your wallet, and your bowels with thank you later.

Don’t order through the drive through. The last five times I went I ordered through the drive through. Only once was it like how they make it inside. The first two times was barely half a bowl, the next barely even a bowl, and now this current was my last straw. The portion size looked decent (not the usual size but not small enough to complain about) except I got no cheese in which i ordered extra, extra tomato salsa (i didn’t want extra), I got fajita in there as well as romaine lettuce (I didn’t add either) and my rice was cold, hard, and very clumpy. I could stab it with my fork and shake it and it wasn’t even crumbling. There is a difference between sticky rice and clumpy rice.

I walked out of this restaurant due to the lettuce being bad, when I say bad it was actually rotten. They did not seem to care at all, did not offer to get fresh lettuce or anything. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this is an exception. I would not go back to this place and I love Chipotle’s.

Terrible. Tasteless food. Over priced…$40 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. Filthy., bathrooms, tables and floor were disgusting. Deserves 0 stars, but app won’t allow a zero. Drinks were out as far as no tea, no flavored waters, all but 2 carbonated fountain Drinks were out. Staff didn’t seem to care about condition of restaurant or food.

My dog just had surgery and I was hungry so I went to the drive thru and they would not let me order after I explained that I was uncomfortable leaving my dog in the car on a hot day. I also explained how I would have left the car on with the ac running but I was not able to see my car from inside of the building. I told the employee all of this and he told me oh well. So disappointed I might not ever come back. This was around 4pm today.
