I was looking forward to having a chipotle in the area. Staff seemed friendly, however my order was missing side order. Unfortunately the food was also off. Overall it did not taste fresh—specifically the stale chips!

This location is very small. Since it’s a small place you think they would be better at noticing dirty tables. Nope all the open tables were dirty. I asked for a salad and the girl told me I could not get rice or beans. I asked her why not if other locations allow it? The managers response was that corporate told them no rice or beans for the salad. That’s the dumbest excuse I’ve ever heard. Oh to top it all off the portions are very small.

It’s opening day, so not sure how much effect that has on this. I ordered in the app, for drive thru pickup, and my serving was so tiny. Like only a half scoop of rice. But nothing was messed up, and it was ready 7 minutes before it was supposed to be.

OMG!! Great food service, GREAT WORKERS, and a wonderful place. Today I came by chipotle it was there SECOND DAY OPENING !! the employees were so nice and so helpful! A lot of people came by and got like two or THREE BOWLS at the same time, yet they still manage to help everyone with a smile! These workers are such hard workers and young that makes me want to cry of joys that these kids are finally doing something for their future! Definitely recommend!! ALSO BE PATIENT WITH THESE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE I THINK WE ALL BEEN THROUGH TUFF DAYS DURING OUR TIME! Love WALZEM CHIPOTLE, DEFINITELY COMING SOON !!!

The good and bad of chipotle. First I love the concept and food selections. When all done right it’s unmatched. But it can be a hit and miss game. First staffing some don’t know how to serve others are about speed get you in and out no personal service. You always have to watch them service you. Most times they under serve. So you have to let them know “hey little more please”. Sometimes meat not cooked well. And with chicken when cutting up they threw everything in. Sometimes they don’t care. Which is the norm in service industry. But all seems clean especially in dining area. I love fact ther open till 10 pm. Overall good but can be hit and miss. You take your chances.
